1. Data controller

2. What data we process, why, and on what legal basis

a) Job applications ("Work with us" page)

Data: name, email, phone, nationality, work permit declaration, sector and experience, languages, interview answers and, if you attach it, your CV.
Purpose: to assess your application and contact you about recruitment.
Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and steps taken at your request before a contract (art. 6.1.b).
Retention: 3 months after you submit it, then deleted automatically.
How it is handled: stored on our server and emailed to the restaurant's inbox. No artificial intelligence tool is currently used to assess applications.

b) Ethics channel

Reports sent through the ethics channel are processed under Spanish Law 2/2023 on the protection of whistleblowers. Specific information is on the Ethics channel page.

c) Contact by email or phone

If you write to us or call us, we use your data only to reply (legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps, art. 6.1.f and 6.1.b) and keep it for as long as we need to deal with your enquiry.

d) Cookieless audience measurement

We measure, in aggregate, how many people visit the blog. To do this we record the page visited, the referring domain, the device type and clicks on links to other sites (pizzeriapicasso.com, wanloria.cloud, enginaiglobalsolutions.com, maps, phone and email). We do not use cookies or browser storage, and we do not store your IP address. To count unique visitors we use an encrypted identifier (hash) that changes every day and cannot identify you. The measurement is run by the site owner, and the data is stored on our Dinahosting server.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding and improving how the site is used (art. 6.1.f).
Retention: up to 25 months.

e) Server logs

Like any web server, our hosting provider's server records technical data about each request (IP address, date, page requested, browser) to keep the service secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f). This data is kept for the limited period the provider sets for these purposes.

3. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties unless the law requires it. The providers that serve us have access to it as processors, under contract:

• Dinahosting S.L. (Spain): web hosting and outgoing email.
• Google (Google Workspace/Gmail): the inbox where we receive emails, including job applications. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

The site loads no third-party resources: fonts and icons are hosted on our own server. Links to other sites (pizzeriapicasso.com, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, X, wanloria.cloud…) only send data to those services if you click them, and those services are governed by their own policies.

4. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to picassobanus@gmail.com and stating which right you are exercising. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the AEPD (www.aepd.es).

5. Children

This site is not aimed at children under 14. You must be of legal working age to apply for a job.

6. Security and changes

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We may update this policy, and the current version will always be published on this page.
