Things to do in Puerto Banús: a perfect day, from morning to dinner

A one-day route around Puerto Banús: yacht-spotting, beach, shopping and sunset on Muelle Ribera, with ideas for lunch and dinner.

Puerto Banús is much more than yachts. It is a small Mediterranean world of white houses, terraces and sea, minutes from central Marbella. This is how we would spend a day there.

Morning: stroll the docks

Early on, the marina is quiet: the best time to walk the pontoons, admire the boats and take photos without the crowds. Continue to Puerto Banús beach, right by the harbour mouth.

Midday: beach or shopping

If the weather is kind, spend a few hours on the beach. If you prefer shops, the main avenue and the streets behind it are full of international brands and boutiques.

Evening: sunset on Muelle Ribera

As the sun goes down, Muelle Ribera comes alive. Time to grab a terrace table facing the boats.

Our table: at Pizzería Picasso on Muelle Ribera you will find pizza, pasta and harbour views. See the menu.
